There are a lot of diets out that promise all kinds of benefits. The problem is they are structured in a one size fits all format. Some claim to go back to caveman days, which is not credible in itself. Others promise rapid weight loss by cutting carbs but fail to share the risks and yo-yo effect once you deviate from the plan. Some try to convince you that not eating animal products are the way to go. Perhaps there is some truth in all of them. However, the real problem is non are substantiable if they are not customized to individuals needs, tastes, culture, and accessibility. The idea is to modify the diet to be as unique as you while making progress towards personal goals
