This is a trick question. Healthy can mean a lot things to a lot of people. For example a smoker can view cessation as healthy, even if they are eating fast food. For others this may look like improving their walking/running speed. Speaking of diets there is not any specific diet or types of food that are inherently healthy. Ideally what is healthy is anything that an individual finds improvement in. What this means is that if someone is consuming six sodas a day and cuts back to one that is healthier and that is what health is about, self improvement.
